Forever Yours Tattoo has been in operation in the Tracy area for the past five years. It was established by Dicky Hullar, the owner / tattoo artist. Dicky has been tattooing for over 20 years. He is originally from Boston, moved to California in 1998 and opened Forever Yours Tattoo in July, 1999. Dicky has a son, John, and a daughter, Rebecca. Both are also tattoo artists.
